透過本次工作坊，我們將協助教師將想法化為可行的教學實踐方案，讓創新真正落地，讓教育回到以學生成長為核心的初心。

近年教育部大力推動「教學實踐研究計畫」，比照科技部模式，開放個人徵件及補助。

• 每案補助經費上限50萬(計畫主持人費上限12000/月)，並外加1年12萬（每月1人1萬元）博士生經費補助，將可提供額外教學資源。
• 獲計畫補助教師除計畫主持費外，教務處額外提撥教師獎勵、折扺授課學分等，歡迎專任教師踴躍提出申請。
  

為協助教師申請及撰寫計畫，教發中心特別邀請教學實踐研究計畫經驗豐富的主講—謝東佑教授。
謝教授連續8年拿到教學實踐研究計畫（並有3年獲績優計畫），並為教學實踐研究計畫複審委員，邀請您參與從不同面向切入，在陪伴中找到計畫的靈魂，從靈感到落實一路相隨！

In recent years, the Ministry of Education has actively promoted the Teaching Practice Research Program. The program is open for individual applications and offers substantial funding support.

To assist teachers in preparing and writing their proposals, the Center for Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD) has invited Professor Tong-Yu Hsieh, an expert with extensive experience in Teaching Practice Research Programs.
