🔎加入評量的助教，每學期教學意見調查開始時...

教發中心會邀請班級學生及授課教師填卷，進行＂助教＂的教學意見調查，分別有二種問卷 (1)學生評量問卷；(2)教師評量問卷(五等量表)
我們同時通知助教，請助教填寫助教工作表，瞭解工作狀況,助教也能提醒並鼓勵學生來填卷
在下個新學期開學前，助教您可以透過校務資訊系統查詢「學生問卷回饋」，作為您在未來教學或學習工作歷程中的成果之一
   我們期望透過這樣的循環，讓助教與教師、學生，在教學相長的互動回饋，促使三者形成「亦師亦友」的優質關係

傑出教學助理

教學發展中心每學期依教師及學生問卷結果、以及助教工作表、複審面試等流程進行傑出教學助理審查，獲獎的教學助理可由本中心公開表揚，頒予每人獎狀及獎金5,000元（或等值禮卷）。

🔎 How it works

• CTLD invites students and instructors to complete TA evaluation surveys (student & teacher versions).

• TA submit a short Work Report and can encourage students to to fill out their questionnaires.

• Before the next semester, you can view student feedback via the Academic Information System—use it as evidence of your teaching achievements.

Through this cycle, TAs, instructors, and students support one another, creating a meaningful “teacher-and-friend” relationship.

🏅 Outstanding TA
Each semester, CTLD selects Outstanding TA based on surveys, Work Reports, and interviews. Awardees receive public recognition, a certificate, and NT$5,000 (or equivalent vouchers).
