Take just a few minutes to fill out the TA Feedback Survey — whether it’s heartfelt thanks, constructive suggestions, or even lighthearted complaints (remember, please keep it polite 😊), your feedback is the key to making teaching even better.

✨ Survey Period: May 9 – June 1, 2025
✨ How to Fill Out: Log in to the University Information System → Select “TA Evaluation Survey” from the left menu → The TAs you can evaluate will be displayed.

🎁 Students who complete the survey will have a chance to win practical small gifts!

• TA photos in the system are provided only for identification purposes. Do not copy or share them to avoid infringement.

• Not all TAs across the university are included in this round of the survey, so some names may be missing—thank you for your understanding!
