大專生研究啟航試行計畫

Pilot Undergraduate Research Launch Program

「大專生研究啟航試行計畫」旨在鼓勵本校學生及早參與研究活動，培養研究興趣與研究計畫撰寫能力，並協助學生進一步銜接政府機關、私人企業或基金會所辦理之研究計畫、專題競賽或其他相關甄選。

透過指導教授陪伴、研究計畫撰寫、研究執行與成果繳交等階段，學生可逐步累積研究經驗，將初步想法轉化為可執行的研究計畫。

The Pilot Undergraduate Research Launch Program encourages NTHU students to engage in research activities at an early stage, develop their interest in research and proposal-writing skills, and prepare for future participation in research programs, project competitions, or other relevant competitive programs organized by government agencies, private enterprises, or foundations.

Through faculty guidance, proposal writing, research implementation, and final submission, students can gradually build research experience and develop their initial ideas into feasible research projects.

申請對象

Eligibility

本校在學大二、大三學生。

申請者須自行提出研究計畫，並取得指導教授同意。

Currently enrolled second- and third-year undergraduate students of National Tsing Hua University are eligible to apply.

Applicants are required to prepare their own research proposal and obtain the consent of a faculty advisor.

計畫實施方式

Program Components

本計畫每年辦理一梯次，共分為四個階段。

The Program is conducted once each year and consists of four stages.

第一階段｜計畫申請

Stage 1 | Program Application

學生須於公告期限內繳交研究計畫書及相關申請文件，並檢附指導教授簽名之同意文件。

經審查通過者，可獲得第一階段獎勵金 新臺幣1,000元。

Applicants shall submit a research proposal and all required application documents by the announced deadline, together with a consent document signed by their faculty advisor.

Applicants whose proposals are approved shall receive a Stage 1 incentive award of NT$1,000.

第二階段｜研究執行

Stage 2 | Research Implementation

錄取學生於核定後開始執行研究。

每案最高補助 新臺幣2,000元研究執行經費，可支應資料蒐集、印刷、參考書籍、實驗材料、交通費、軟體租用費等與研究直接相關之支出。

計畫執行期間，學生須至少完成 2次與指導教授的研究討論紀錄或其他相關佐證資料，並經指導教授簽名確認。

Selected students may begin implementing their research projects after approval.

Each approved project may receive up to NT$2,000 in research implementation funding, which may be used for expenses directly related to the project, including data collection, printing, reference books, experimental materials, transportation, and software subscription or rental fees.

During the implementation period, students shall submit records or other supporting documentation of at least two research discussions with their faculty advisor. Such documentation shall be signed and verified by the faculty advisor.

第三階段｜成果繳交

Stage 3 | Submission of Results

學生須依規定期限繳交研究成果報告，並將研究成果進一步申請或投稿至校外研究計畫、專題競賽或其他相關甄選計畫。

如校外甄選之送件時程較晚，可於實際完成送件後補繳相關申請資料及送件證明。

成果經評選後，優良計畫可獲得：

  • 獎勵金 新臺幣2,000元

  • 學生獎狀一紙

  • 指導教授感謝狀一紙

Students shall submit a research results report by the prescribed deadline and are expected to further apply for an external research program, project competition, or other relevant competitive program.

If the external submission schedule does not allow proof of submission to be provided by the prescribed deadline, the relevant application materials and proof may be submitted after the external application has been completed.

Outstanding projects shall be selected to receive:

  • An incentive award of NT$2,000

  • A certificate for the student

  • A certificate of appreciation for the faculty advisor

第四階段｜成果分享

Stage 4 | Presentation of Results

學生研究成果得於次年五月參與教發中心辦理之學生自主學習成果展，亦鼓勵參加本校英語精進中心辦理之大學生學術海報競賽。

Students may present their research outcomes at the Center's student self-directed learning outcomes exhibition in May of the following year, and are also encouraged to participate in the Undergraduate Academic Poster Competition organized by the University's Center for English Education.

研究經費補助

Eligible Expenses and Funding

每案研究執行經費補助以 新臺幣2,000元為上限。

可補助項目包括：

  • 資料蒐集

  • 印刷

  • 參考書籍

  • 實驗材料

  • 交通費

  • 軟體租用或訂閱費

  • 其他與研究計畫直接相關且符合本校主計及核銷規定之支出

Research implementation funding is limited to NT$2,000 per approved project.

Eligible expenses include:

  • Data collection

  • Printing

  • Reference books

  • Experimental materials

  • Transportation

  • Software subscription or rental fees

  • Other expenses directly related to the approved research project and compliant with the University's accounting and reimbursement regulations

注意事項

Important Provisions

學生須依規定期限完成申請、研究執行及各階段文件繳交，逾期視同放棄。

計畫內容及執行不得違反法律、公共秩序或善良風俗。

教學發展中心得使用本計畫成果資料，包括計畫摘要、成果報告及照片等，作為成果展示、校內外宣傳及推廣用途。

如學生繳交之資料屬研究申請文件，例如研究計畫書節錄，教學發展中心將予以保密保存，不納入公開成果運用範圍。

Students shall complete all required applications, project activities, and document submissions by the prescribed deadlines. Failure to do so shall be deemed a waiver of participation.

The content and implementation of a project shall not violate any law, public order, or accepted standards of morality.

The Center may use materials produced under the Program, including project abstracts, reports, and photographs, for exhibitions, publicity, and promotional purposes within and outside the University.

Where submitted materials constitute research application documents, such as excerpts from a research proposal, the Center shall retain them confidentially and shall not use them for the foregoing purposes.
