「學習課業輔導」試行計畫 Study and homework tutoring

1. Purpose: In order to provide individualized learning consultation in response to the academic needs of students in our school, provide academic counseling to students who need academic consultation, so as to effectively solve academic problems and assist students in their after-school study.

2. Application: After the department chair or teacher evaluates and assists in submitting the application, the Teaching Development Center will accept the application and review the application. The deadline for receipt is the end of the fourth week of each semester. The number of reviewed groups and approved tutoring hours will be adjusted based on funding status )

3. Application qualifications: limited to current students of our school.

4. Notes:

(1) The subjects applied for tutoring are compulsory and compulsory electives in principle (but not limited to this).

(2) Adopt one-to-one or one-to-many counseling methods.

(3) In order to properly allocate learning resources and allow students in need to have the opportunity to use this service, each student is limited to applying for two subjects per semester; the principle is that each subject will have a maximum of 2 hours of tutoring per week.

(4) The appointment of a tutor can be recommended/assigned by the department head, teaching teacher or tutor who has the ability to serve, or the teaching development center can assist in matching; however, those who serve as academic tutors must have studied the subject, and Those who have a subject score of 80 or above (or those who provide a language certificate in the subject).

(5) During each tutoring session, the tutor and the consultant must fill in the "Sign-in Form" (the sign-in form is kept by the tutor); at the end of each tutoring session, the tutor must fill in the "Study Tutorial Record Form".
