經濟部產業發展署主辦的 AI 能力鑑定，分初級、中級。An AI skills certification run by the Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, at two levels.
iPAS 是經濟部的產業人才能力鑑定。AI 應用規劃師這一項，評量你對 AI 的理解，以及規劃 AI 應用與導入的能力，鑑定結果可作為個人能力的客觀證明。獲證者可優先獲得認同企業的面試、聘用、加薪機會。iPAS is the Ministry of Economic Affairs' industry skills certification. This exam assesses your understanding of AI and your ability to plan AI applications. Participating companies give certificate holders priority for interviews, hiring and pay rises.

初級Associate
AI 基礎應用者
適合具基本 AI 概念和知識的學習者；熟悉 AI 工具、導入日常工作者
考科科目 1 人工智慧基礎概論
科目 2 生成式 AI 應用與規劃
題型每科單選 50 題，電腦測驗，75 分鐘
合格兩科同時報考：平均 70 分，且每科不低於 60 分
分開報考：每科都達 70 分
證書永久有效
報名費每科 400 元（115–116 年度優惠，原價 1,200 元）
中級Specialist
AI 開發實務者
適合具資通訊相關技術能力者；具 AI 技術開發經驗，或曾參與企業 AI 應用專案
考科科目 1 人工智慧技術應用與規劃（必考）
科目 2 大數據處理分析與應用，或
科目 3 機器學習技術與應用（二選一）
題型每科單選 50 題，電腦測驗，90 分鐘
科目 2、3 含程式相關題型，預計約占 25%：閱讀 Python 程式片段後回答，一樣是選擇題，不用動手寫程式
合格報考的兩科都達 70 分
科目 1＋2：數據分析證書
科目 1＋3：機器學習證書
證書5 年，到期需換證
報名費每科 500 元（115–116 年度優惠，原價 1,500 元）
科目可以分開考：考過的科目（70 分以上）成績會保留，不用重考。例如 115 年考過，成績保留到 118 年底，在這之前考過另一科就可以。You can take subjects separately. A passed subject (70 or above) stays valid, so there is no need to retake it: a 2026 pass lasts until the end of 2029.
115 年度初級共 4 次、中級共 2 次，報名都已截止。116 年度日程以官網公告為準。Registration for all 2026 sessions has closed. See the official site for the 2027 schedule.
1線上報名並繳費。每梯次初級限 5,000 人、中級限 3,000 人，額滿為止。Register and pay online. Each session has a quota, so places may fill up.
2考前 10 天起，上網查「考試通知」，確認考場和座位。From 10 days before the exam, check your exam notice online for the venue and seat.
3考試當天帶有照片和身分證字號的證件。計算機只能用考選部核定的型號。Bring photo ID with your ID number. Only calculators approved by the Ministry of Examination are allowed.
4合格者不用另外申請，證書約在成績公告後 2 個月寄出。No application needed: certificates are mailed about two months after results are announced.
