為鼓勵學生培養自主學習能力、拓展跨領域知識與提升數位學習素養，國立清華大學推動「獎勵學生數位自學計畫」，鼓勵學生依據個人興趣、學習需求及未來職涯發展方向，自主選擇線上課程，規劃並完成學習目標。
本計畫採分階段獎勵機制，學生通過申請審查後，可獲得第一階段新臺幣 100 元獎勵金；完成所選課程、繳交學習心得及相關證明文件，並通過成果審查者，可再獲得新臺幣 400 元獎勵金。此外，修習指定重點課程並取得完課證書者，經審查通過後，可額外獲得新臺幣 500 元獎勵金，每人最高可獲得新臺幣 1,000 元獎勵。
透過自主選課、學習實踐與成果反思，期望引導學生善用數位學習資源，培養持續學習與自我精進的能力。

English Introduction
To encourage self-directed learning, interdisciplinary exploration, and digital learning literacy, National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) offers the Student Digital Self-Learning Incentive Program. The program encourages students to independently select online courses based on their personal interests, learning needs, and future career goals, and to plan and complete their own learning objectives.
The program provides incentives in stages. Students whose applications are approved receive an initial incentive of NT$100. After completing their selected courses, submitting learning reflections and relevant supporting documents, and passing the final review, students may receive an additional NT$400. Students who complete designated key courses and obtain course completion certificates may qualify for an extra NT$500 upon approval. Each student may receive up to NT$1,000 in total incentives.
Through independent course selection, active learning, and reflection on learning outcomes, the program aims to help students make effective use of digital learning resources and develop the ability to pursue continuous learning and personal growth.
