01 誰可以申請？
本校專任、兼任教師，含約聘教師及約聘研究員；須由專任成員擔任召集人。
02 補助類別與金額
交流組
最高 20,000 元
交流教學經驗、增進教學知能。
創新組
最高 30,000 元
發展評量、課程內容與教材。
加碼補助
最高再加 15,000 元
雙語／國際：+10,000 元
跨學院：+5,000 元
以上為補助上限；申請條件與實際核定金額，依計畫規定及審查結果辦理。

05 線上申請操作指南
請先備妥職員證號、校務資訊系統密碼與申請資料，再依下列步驟操作。
進入系統並登入
點選「立即線上申請」，依提示使用職員證號及校務資訊系統密碼登入。
完成基本資料
選擇偏好的語言，填寫聯絡電話，再選擇適合的角色及系所／學院。
開始申請
點選「立即申請」，閱讀條款與條件後，再按「立即申請」同意並開始填寫。
確認內容並送出
填妥申請表後，先確認所有內容，再點擊送出。送出後即無法自行修改，請務必確認後再送出。
確認申請狀態
送出後可於首頁查看申請狀態，電子郵件也會收到申請內容副本。若收到補件／修改通知，請依電子郵件或儀表板提示，編輯指定題目。

Let teaching exchange become the starting point for innovation.
Would you like to exchange teaching experiences with faculty from different fields, or work together to develop new courses and teaching materials?
We invite faculty members to form learning communities, explore emerging topics in teaching, enhance teaching effectiveness and professional expertise, and turn teaching ideas into practical action.
01 Who Can Apply?
Full-time and adjunct faculty members of NTHU, including contract faculty and contract researchers. The community convener must be a full-time member.
02 Grant Categories and Funding
Exchange Track
Up to NT$20,000
Exchange teaching experiences and enhance professional teaching knowledge.
Innovation Track
Up to NT$30,000
Develop assessments, course content, and teaching materials.
Additional Funding
Up to an additional NT$15,000
Bilingual / International: +NT$10,000
Cross-college: +NT$5,000
The amounts above are maximum funding limits. Eligibility and the final approved amount are subject to program regulations and review results.

05 Online Application Guide
Please prepare your Employee ID, Academic Information System password, and application materials before following the steps below.
Open the System and Sign In
Select “Apply Online,” then sign in with your Employee ID and Academic Information System password.
Complete Your Basic Information
Select your preferred language, enter your contact number, and choose the role and department / college that best apply to you.
Start Your Application
Select “Apply Now,” review the terms and conditions, and select “Apply Now” again to agree and begin completing the form.
Review and Submit
After completing the form, review all information before submitting it. Once submitted, the application cannot be edited. Please check it carefully before submission.
Confirm Submission
A copy of your submitted application will also be sent to your email.

- This grant supports faculty exchange. Please do not use it to organize student activities.
