🔸 如何知道我有報名成功？為什麼我都沒有收到報名成功通知？

     ⚠️ 不會另行通知喔～

     1️⃣ 若您有成功提交報名表單，即代表您完成了第一步！

          您會在該表單送出後的同一畫面中，收到一組專屬網址及詳細訂閱流程表。或歡迎來信索取。

     2️⃣ 要完成訂閱，需要進入平台註冊＋學校身份驗證，才能真正享有campus優惠唷！

🔸 無法登入怎麼辦？

     ✅ 請確認您是使用 @gapp.nthu.edu.tw（學生）或 @mx.nthu.edu.tw（教職員），否則將無法登入。

🔸 為何登入後有些課程仍需付費或無法取得完整權限？

    ✅ 登入 FutureLearn Campus 可以免費修讀並獲得約760門課程的完整修課權限。

     ✅ 其他課程（未包含在 FutureLearn Campus 內）仍須付費修讀或限制修讀期限。

     ✅  您可以從課程卡中確認是否包含在 FutureLearn Campus範圍。 

🔸 如何使用FutureLearn Campus修讀課程？

     ❶ 選擇想修讀的課程。 
     ❷ 選擇「Join with FutureLearn Campus」->「Join and get free upgrade」，免費修讀且無時間限制！
     ❸ 若課程無「Join with FutureLearn Campus」選項，可以選擇 「Limited access」，但請注意需在期限內完成課程。

Step 1: 👉 Fill out the [Application Form]. After submission, follow the instructions to complete your subscription.

🌻 Eligibility: Current NTHU faculty, staff, and students
🌻 Limited accounts – first come, first served!

🔍 FAQ

Q: How do I know if my registration was successful? Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?

  • No separate notification will be sent.

  • If you successfully submitted the application form, you have completed the first step.

  • After submission, you will see a unique link and detailed instructions on the confirmation screen. (Or contact us to request them.)

  • To activate Campus privileges, you must register on the platform with your NTHU email and verify your university identity.

Q: I can’t log in, what should I do?

  • Please ensure you are using @gapp.nthu.edu.tw (students) or @mx.nthu.edu.tw (faculty/staff). Otherwise, login will fail.

Q: Why do some courses still require payment or have restrictions?

  • With FutureLearn Campus, you can freely access around 760 courses with full privileges.

  • Other courses (outside the Campus collection) still require payment or have limited access.

  • Check the course card to confirm whether it is included in FutureLearn Campus.

Q: How do I study with FutureLearn Campus?

  1. Choose your desired course.

  2. Select “Join with FutureLearn Campus” → “Join and get free upgrade” for free, unlimited access.

  3. If the course does not show this option, you may select “Limited Access,” but must finish within the set timeframe.
